1. General Conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases at Sea Mermaids. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange an item.

3. Condition of the Articles

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear items must have the hygiene protection sticker intact.

4. Return Procedure

  1. Email our customer service at contact@seamermaids.com with your order number, details of the items you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return the items.
  3. Carefully package the items, enclose the return form included in your package, and send them to the address provided.

5. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless a defective or incorrect item is received.

6. Processing of Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the returns procedure above and specify in your email the details of the desired exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@seamermaids.com with a description and photos of the item in question. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item and sending a replacement at no additional cost.

9. Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including gift cards.
