1. General Conditions
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases at Sea Mermaids. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return or exchange an item.
3. Condition of Items
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear items must have the hygienic protection sticker intact.
4. Return Procedure
Send an email to our customer service at contact@seamermaids.com with your order number, the details of the items you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return the items.
Carefully package the items, include the return form provided in your parcel, and send them to the indicated address.
5. Return Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item.
6. Return Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return procedure above and specify the details of the desired exchange in your email. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@seamermaids.com with a description and photos of the item in question. We will provide instructions for returning the item and sending a replacement at no extra cost.
9. Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including gift cards.
